Reflection

Have you ever looked into the mirror
Walked on by then chanced a second look?
Who is that person, standing there?
They're recognizable, seen every day
But despite that fact
The person there is unknown
Confusing and strange
Maybe I'll never know who they are
What they'll become
Until that time, I'll keep on searching
Waiting for something to breathe on my last ember
And spark up an answer
